ABOUT THE GAME

Salty Showdown is a video slot with 5 reels, 5 rows, and up to 3125 ways to win. The game features 10 standard symbols that pay out when 3 or more of the same type appear in consecutive columns, starting from the left. The 4 high-paying symbols are represented by mythological characters, and the 6 low-paying symbols by various tokens. There are also BoltLock blockers, which display a skull and block positions on the reels until they are destroyed by landing winning symbols.

Pull Repetitions (Respins)

Each spin that contains a winning combination awards a respin. Respins continue as long as the player keeps getting winning combinations. Respins are played with the same stake as the spin that triggered them.

Destruction of BoltLock blockers

During normal spins, 12 BoltLock blockers, each featuring a skull, occupy 12 positions on the reels. When a winning combination is landed, each winning symbol releases a white skull that destroys one of the BoltLock blockers. If no BoltLock blockers remain on the reels, all winning white skulls transform into red or blue skulls and are collected for the features described below. Destroying all BoltLock blockers triggers both Win Multipliers and Extra Lives. When respins end, the winnings are added to the player's balance, and the BoltLock blockers return to their original 12 positions.

Lives

When all BoltLock blockers are destroyed, you gain 1 Extra Life. Red Skulls emerge from winning combinations with warm-colored symbols and are collected for the Extra Lives feature. Players increase their life collection by 1 for every 5 Red Skulls collected. Players can continue to gain lives as long as they keep collecting Skulls. The Extra Lives feature grants a respin on a non-winning respin. Each time the Extra Lives feature is triggered, 1 life is consumed. When the player does not get a winning combination and no lives remain, the respins end.

Profit Multipliers

By destroying all BoltLock blockers, Blue Skulls emerge from winning combinations with cool-colored symbols and are collected for the Win Multiplier feature. Players increase their multiplier by 1 for every 5 Blue Skulls collected. Players can continue to accumulate multipliers as long as they keep collecting Skulls. New multipliers earned during respins are added after the corresponding win is awarded. The multiplier displayed near the Skull indicator does not apply to the spin that awarded it, but to the immediately following respin. The total win is added to the balance when there are no more winning combinations and no lives remaining.

HOW TO CALCULATE PROFITS BY WAYS

• The game has between 45 and 3125 ways to win. Landing an identical symbol on 3, 4, or 5 consecutive reels from the left awards a win.
• If any reel contains more than one winning symbol, the win is multiplied. For example, if reel 1 contains two winning symbols, reel 2 contains three, and reel 3 contains two, that combination is treated as a win of three with a multiplier of 2×3×2 = 12x.
• The payouts for 3, 4, and 5 matching symbols are shown in the payout table.
• Wins from different combinations are added together. Only the highest winning combination per combination is paid out.

HOW TO CALCULATE PROFITS WITH FRACTIONS OF A CENT

If a symbol pays a fraction of a cent (e.g., 0.024), the payout is rounded to the nearest cent. 0.024 → 0.02 0.048 → 0.05 If a value is exactly between two cents (e.g., 2.5), it is rounded to the nearest even cent. 1.5 / 3.5 / 5.5 / 7.5 / 9.5 → round up 0.5 / 2.5 / 4.5 / 6.5 / 8.5 → round down The total winnings for the session equal the rounded sum of all winnings according to the payout table.
