Why can’t I use or access the promotions or rewards in my account?
As part of the Royal Decree on Commercial Communications 958/2020, certain categories of players aren’t permitted to access promotions or rewards. Restrictions will apply in the following scenarios:
- Your account has been opened less than 30 days ago or is not yet verified;
- You have a withdrawal which is not fully processed yet;
- You have increased your deposit limits within the last 30 days;
- Your account has been marked as having shown potential risky behaviour.
You’ll have access to your promotions and bonuses again as soon as you’re no longer in one of the categories mentioned above.
