  • The theoretical return for a player in this game is 94.20%.
  • The theoretical return for the player for the purchase of the AUTOPSY feature is 94.32%.
  • The theoretical return for the player for the purchase of the LOBOTOMY function is 94.27%.
  • The theoretical return for the player for the purchase of the MENTAL function is 94.63%.

  • The maximum simulated payout is 66666 times the bet (1:18000000 rounds).
  • A Wild symbol will be substituted for any other symbol, except the Scorpion, Spider, and Dead Patient symbols.
  • A Wild symbol substitutes for the highest possible winning combination according to the prize table.
  • The requested Scorpion/Spider symbol will count as 1 for the activation of the Freespins.
  • Freespins Mode: No Scorpion symbol will land.
  • Mental Freespins Mode: No Spider symbol will land.
  • The Dead multiplier during the activation of the function will be transferred to Lobotomy/Mental Freespins.
  • When a symbol with the Dead multiplier is requested, the new symbol requested does not get the multiplier from the xSplit function.
  • A winning combination of the same symbol is obtained from left to right on adjacent reels.
  • Matching prizes are paid out in multiple combinations.
  • Winning combinations and payouts are made according to the payout table.
  • Depending on the game mode (main game or any other bonus mode), different reel configurations are used.
  • All symbol payout values in the payout table are shown in the same currency as the bet placed.
  • Malfunctions void all prizes.
  • In the event of a hardware or software malfunction, all affected bets will be refunded.
  • Game rounds that do not finish within 1 hour will automatically close. Any prizes accumulated during that game round will be paid out. These rounds cannot be replayed.
  • Autoplay activates the game for a selected number of rounds, or when any of the advanced autoplay configuration criteria are met.
  • When the automatic game settings are changed during a round, all settings will take effect once the round or game feature is completed.
  • Some automatic game features may be mandatory in some jurisdictions.
  • When playing with the Cryptocurrency, unfinished game rounds and states will automatically reset after 24 hours. Any winnings accumulated during this round will be paid out.
