Unfinished games

If your game round is interrupted, all bets placed and all game information will be saved until you resume the game. You can resume your incomplete round from the point of interruption. Unresolved bets placed and still undecided in incomplete games will be voided after 2 days. Malfunctions will void all payouts and games.

Information

Winning ways are awarded by obtaining combinations of adjacent symbols, according to the paytable information and the game rules. When winning multiple prizes in a single game round, all wins are combined. All wins from features (such as Free Spins), Bonus Rounds, and/or special rounds (if applicable) are also added to the winning ways. All winning combinations are paid at the end of a game round. Free Spin features are played with the same bet as the game round that activated the feature, unless otherwise stated. The bet cannot be changed during a game round in progress. See the game rules for more information. All wins are paid from left to right, starting with the reel furthest to the left. Only the highest win is paid for each winning symbol combination.

Rules of the game

STATIC NIGHTMARE ABYSSWAYS™ is a video slot game featuring an expanding 6x3-6x6 reel with a 4,096-46,656 WAYS rating, expanding WILDS and ABYSSWAYS™ FREE SPINS.

SCATTER Symbols - SCATTER symbols have no payout and trigger FREE SPINS and the Expanding Reels feature. Each time a SCATTER symbol appears, the reel expands, adding up to 6 new symbol positions. Reels can reach a maximum height of 6 and return to the default height of 3 when a new spin starts. At the end of each spin, if 3 SCATTERS are present on the reel, 8 FREE SPINS with ABYSSWAYS™ are triggered.

WILD Symbols – The WILD symbol substitutes for all symbols except SCATTER. Each time a SCATTER appears, all WILDS present on the reels will expand by 1. At the end of each spin, if there is no SCATTER on the reel, each WILD has an independent chance to expand from 1 to 3. The maximum height of a WILD is 4, and a WILD cannot expand further if there is a SCATTER directly above it or if it has reached the maximum reel height of 6.

ABYSSWAYS™ - At the start of each FREE SPINS, a random number of symbols at the bottom of the reel will be marked to drop, and then at the end of each FREE SPINS, all marked symbols will drop from the reel, reducing the total reel size. Between each spin, a new full row is added at the top of the reel, increasing the total reel size.

SCATTER FREE SPINS Changes – During FREE SPINS, expanding reels triggered by SCATTER symbols add new symbol positions to the bottom of the reel. All symbol positions added by the expanding reel are marked to land. If there are 3 scatters on the reel at the end of a FREE SPIN, then 8 additional FREE SPINS are added to the current total. The maximum number of FREE SPINS available is 40.

FREE SPINS WILD Changes – During FREE SPINS, all WILDS are STICKY, and 1 to 3 WILDS are added to the reel in the first FREE SPINS. If a WILD expands during FREE SPINS, it expands downwards instead of upwards. At the end of each FREE SPINS, before any marked symbols land, all WILDS will shrink back to 1 height if they were expanded and then attempt to move horizontally. WILDS can move any number of positions, but they cannot cross gaps or move into a position occupied by another WILD. If there is no valid horizontal move available for a WILD, it will attempt to move 1 step upwards. WILDS will try to avoid falling positions as much as possible when moving, but they must move if they can, so sometimes they have no choice but to move into a marked position. The additional reel positions created by expanding WILDs are marked to fall.

The average player return percentage is 94.20%. The RTP is achieved through participation.

Bets are selected using the bet buttons. Press the "plus" and "minus" buttons to change the bet level. Winning ways are awarded by obtaining combinations of adjacent symbols from left to right. To start the round, press SPIN. When the reels stop, the displayed symbols will determine your prize according to the paytable.

Actions

  • Autoplay - Click the AUTOPLAY button to activate/deactivate the Autoplay feature. In Autoplay mode, multiple consecutive rounds of play will automatically start at your current bet settings. Autoplay mode will automatically deactivate depending on your settings or if your balance is too low.
  • Spin / Start / Spacebar - Starts the game round with the currently selected bet. Click 'Spin' to begin.
  • Stop - Stops cylinders more quickly.
  • Auto-adjust bet - If your balance is too low to start a spin at the current bet level, starting a new spin will automatically reduce the total bet. The reduced total bet selected will be the highest possible bet and will be lower than the bet size selected when the autospins were started. The bet will only be reduced and will not return to its original amount after any wins that would allow you to continue with the initial bet size.
