Phoenix Graveyard 2

Rules of the game

Phoenix Graveyard 2 is a 5-reel, 4-row slot with spinning reels and a special extra row of feature symbols above the symbol board.

Wins start on the leftmost reel and only pay from left to right on consecutive reels. There can be no gaps between reels. Only the longest payline per active payline pays.

A game round starts at the selected bet level when the player presses the Spin button.

If Auto Spin is enabled, you can play automatically. Press and hold the Spin button or use the Auto Spin button to set the number of game rounds to be played automatically.

Phoenix Graveyard 2 has two game modes: normal mode and bonus mode.

All normal mode spins start with 4 rows and 1024 winning combinations.

The Wild Phoenix symbol substitutes for any paying symbol. Immediately upon landing, it will also award a respin and unlock a random position in the feature row, potentially revealing a feature row symbol.

The Wild Reaper symbol substitutes for any paying symbol. Immediately upon landing, it will also unlock a random position in the feature row, potentially revealing a feature symbol.

It is also a walking Wild and will grant respins until it leaves the board.

The Reaper moves to the left until it leaves the board, generating a respin for each position.

If a Phoenix and a Reaper land on the same row or are adjacent vertically, they battle after the win is paid out. This increases the multiplier of the winner, or both in the event of a tie. If the Phoenix wins, it also removes all low-value symbols on the next spin; if the Reaper wins, the Phoenix scatters 1-5 Wild feathers across the board.

The Phoenix and Reaper can only participate in one matchup per spin.

The Wild Feather symbol can appear after a Phoenix is affected by a Split, loses a matchup, or when a Split occurs in a position that already has six winning combinations. However, it cannot trigger the feature row and can never land as part of a normal spin.

Wild symbols substitute for any paying symbol. A winning combination consisting only of Wild symbols pays as the highest-paying symbol.

Multiple feature symbols can claim positions and increase the number of winning combinations to six. Claiming a symbol position that already has six winning combinations increases the symbol position to six Wild Feathers.

A Split symbol is boosted by landing on a reel with a Reaper. Directional Splits then increase winning combinations by 2-6, instead of 1. The Split symbol affects 2-5 random positions instead of just 1.

On any spin, the Phoenix Skull on the game board may glow. After a brief pause, it either stops glowing without any effect or triggers the Phoenix Skull Feature. If the Phoenix Skull Feature is triggered, one to three Wild Phoenixes land in random positions on the game board, unlocking the entire feature row.

A Phoenix respin then occurs, with the feature row remaining unlocked. This also applies to any respins that are activated during its duration. Only one Phoenix Skull feature can be active at a time.

On any spin, the Reaper Skull on the game board may glow. After a brief pause, it either stops glowing without any effect or triggers the Reaper Skull Feature. If the Reaper Skull Feature is triggered, a Wild Reaper lands in a random position on the last reel, behaving like a normal Wild Reaper. All unlocked feature row positions remain active for the remainder of the round. Only one Reaper Skull Feature can be active at a time.

The feature row has five locked positions on the main game board. Landing a Wild Phoenix or Wild Reaper unlocks one position before any wins are evaluated. Unlocked positions spin to reveal a random empty symbol or feature row symbol. Feature row positions are locked again after a win evaluation, unless a Respin symbol or Skull feature is triggered, or you are in the Bonus or Super Bonus mode.

Feature row symbols can only land on the feature row above the main symbol board and these symbols are Split All, Split Right, Split Left, Split Reel, Split One, Spawn Phoenix, Spawn Reaper and Respin.

The Split All symbol increases winning combinations in all positions on the board by 1. If it affects a Phoenix or a Reaper, it increases its multiplier instead of the position it is in.

The Split Right symbol randomly selects a position on the reel below and increases winning combinations on that position, and all positions in the row to its right, by 1. If it affects a Phoenix or a Reaper, it increases its multiplier rather than the position it is on.

The Split Left symbol randomly selects a position on the reel below and increases winning combinations on that position, and all positions in the row to its left, by 1. If it affects a Phoenix or a Reaper, it increases its multiplier rather than the position it is on.

The Split Reel symbol increases winning combinations on all reel positions below by 1. If it affects a Phoenix or a Reaper, it increases its multiplier rather than the position it is in.

The Split One symbol chooses a random position on the reel below and increases your winning combinations by a random amount from 1 to

  1. If it affects a Phoenix or a Reaper, it increases its multiplier instead of its position.

The Spawn Phoenix symbol generates a Wild Phoenix in a random position on the board.

The Spawn Reaper symbol spawns a Wild Reaper in a random position on the board.

The Respin symbol locks all Phoenixes and Reapers present and initiates a respin. A respin is always awarded, regardless of whether a Reaper or Phoenix is present. During this respin, Phoenixes and Reapers do not unlock new positions in the feature row.

Three or more bonus symbols trigger the bonus game. The bonus game starts at the end of the game round when there are no more

winnings. The bonus game cannot be retriggered.

A combination of three or more bonus symbols during normal mode activates the bonus mode with free spins.

  • bonus symbols: 6 free spins
  • bonus symbols: 8 free spins
  • bonus symbols: 10 free spins

In the regular bonus, a Super Bonus symbol can land on the last reel. This upgrades the bonus to a Super Bonus, which unlocks all feature rows not yet unlocked and activates the Boost mechanic, which is active during the Super Bonus.

It also grants 2 free spins.

The bonus begins with a Wild Phoenix that remains in play and moves to a new position with each spin. All increased winning combinations remain when the spin is triggered. Additional Phoenix symbols land during the bonus, which are persistent and award 1 free spin each.

During the bonus, each Phoenix or Reaper symbol unlocks a feature row position on each spin. All claimed positions, unlocked feature row positions, and Phoenix or Reaper multipliers persist throughout the bonus.

When a Reaper or Phoenix lands or moves into a position with increased winning combinations, they absorb those winning combinations and add them to their multipliers. When they leave the position, the absorbed winning combinations return.

The multipliers are specific to each Phoenix or Reaper.

The free spins bonus game ends when there are no free spins left or when the winning limit has been reached.

Winnings will be paid at the end of the bonus mode.

Bets cannot be changed during a game round.
