1. INTRODUCTION

Chef’s Delights Megaways is a one-player Megaways-type slot machine game with 6 main reels plus an extra horizontal one in which, having placed a bet, you can for a period of time play and enjoy the game and, on occasion, win prizes.

The specifications given are for the desktop game version. For additional information on button layout and functions for the mobile version, see section 4.2 Mobile Interface.

The amount wagered is defined by the bet, which can be changed using the BET button.

The reels are the elements that contain the symbols in the game. The reels rotate in each play, and when they stop, the players can see the final arrangement of prizes or no prizes. In this game, players win prizes according to the number of identical symbols that run from left to right, coinciding with a prize line.

In the image above, you can see the layout of the main game screen, with the buttons and counters in the lower part of the screen and the reels with the symbols in the central part of the screen.

2. MAIN GAME

This is the main part of the game and features six reels that rotate until they stop and display the symbols obtained.

The game also features an extra horizontal reel with 4 symbols, which appear at the same time when the second, third, fourth and fifth reel stops. This gives the reels extra symbols to help form a prize line.

Players can play whenever they wish by pressing PLAY, as long as they have sufficient balance according to the bet selected.

When selecting each bet, the prizes in the prize plan will change according to the selection.

To begin press play, however a sufficient balance is needed to cover the bet selected. As already mentioned, the main game takes place on the reels, where players make symbols appear and check the prize lines achieved.

Reels Arrangement

The number of symbols that the 6 main reels display is totally random for each spin. When starting a new game, the 1st and 6th reel may include between 2 to 7 random symbols. On the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th reels, you can get from 3 to 7 random symbols because the symbols on the extra horizontal reel complement the main reels. (ie. main reels 2, 3, 4, and 5 can display 2 to 6 symbols plus the bonus reel symbol).

Symbol drops

When a player gets one or more prizes after a spin, the symbols involved disappear, causing the symbols above them to drop. New symbols are inserted on the reel to fill in the gaps left by those symbols that have dropped.

The same thing happens with the extra horizontal reel however the new symbols appear laterally.

The prize lines are then re-evaluated for more prizes. If a player wins again, the same thing will happen, the symbols involved will disappear, and the symbols above them will drop.

This will happen indefinitely, until the evaluation of a drop doesn’t give a prize. The prize accumulates and is given to the player when a drop no longer gives out any more prizes.

2.1. Auto Play

To start the game automatically, the player can used the AUTO button feature, its purpose simply to start a game once the previous one has finished. Pressing the AUTO button will display a menu to select how many automatic games a player wants to play.

Once the amount of games is selected, the menu will close, and the PLAY button will show the remaining games as long as the player has enough balance to play them.

2.2. Prize lines

In this game, players can win a prize if they get at least 2 or 3 (depending on the symbol) consecutive reels with the same symbol from left to right, starting with the first reel, the one located furthest to the left. Except for the Scatter symbol, which will give access to Free Spins Draw when you get at least 3 symbols in any position.

The prize is multiplied by the number of times the symbol is repeated on a reel. For example: if 2 identical symbols appear on a reel, the prize will be multiplied by 2. If 4 identical symbols appear on a reel, the prize will be multiplied by 4. If 3 identical symbols appear on one reel and 2 identical symbols appear on another reel, the prize will be multiplied by 6.

2.3. Prize plan

Depending on the combination of the symbols obtained on the reels, the players get the prizes according to the prize plan. A prize plan can be seen below. Depending on the bet, the prizes will vary.

The prize combinations must be made from left to right on the reels.

2.3.1. Special celebrations

Depending on a certain amount of money, the game has the following special celebrations:

• Big Win: If the prize is greater than or equal to the stake X12 and less than or equal to the stake X20
• Mega Win: If the prize exceeds the stake X20 and is less than or equal to the stake X40
• Super Mega Win: If the prize exceeds the stake X40

2.4. Symbols y Special Functionalities

2.4.1. Scatter Symbol

Obtaining 3 or more Scatter symbols will give access to a Free Spins Draw. This symbol only appears in the Main Game.

2.4.2. Wild Symbol

This symbol acts as a WILD. It can substitute any symbol (except the Scatter symbol) to form a winning combination.

2.4.3. Clicking symbols on the reels

Clicking on any symbol shown on the reels will bring up a box showing the prize plan for the selected symbol. When the box appears, the symbols on the reels will darken.

If the player clicks on the symbol on the reels or presses the PLAY button, the box will disappear, and the reels will light up again as normal.

If there is no action from the player, after a few seconds the box will automatically disappear, and the reels will light up again.

2.4.4. Buy Free Spins

In the main game there is a button that allows you to buy Free Spins for a specific price (the purchase price depends on the bet on which it is placed). The price is bet x x100. If the purchase is accepted, the purchase price will be automatically subtractedfrom the balance and a reel spin with a prize of 3 to 6 Scatter symbols will be triggered.

3. FREE SPINS DRAW

When obtaining 3 or more Scatter symbols, the game gives access to a Free Spins draw. A random number of 5 to 15 Free Spins is awarded via a roulette wheel.

Two circles appear on the roulette wheel. One circle indicates the number of Free Spins with which it is accessed, and the other circle indicates the multiplier with which the Free Spins begins.

A completely random multiplier between x1 to x10 is awarded.

4. FREE SPINS

Apart from the main game reels, this game offers us the possibility to play Free Spins. These spins do not consume balance.

Free Spins is a game that is accessed when 3 or more Scatter figures are obtained, awarding a random number of 5 to 15 Free Spins.

4.1. Multiplier in Free Spins

In Free Spins, there are prize multipliers. The initial Free Spins multiplier will depend on the multiplier awarded in the previous Free Spins Draw. Each time a player wins, the multiplier increases sequentially, and all prizes after the drop multiply by the corresponding multiplier. For example, after the first drop, the prize is multiplied by x1, and a x2 multiplier is applied to the next win. If the player wins again in this next drop, the prize is multiplied x2 and a x3 multiplier is applied to the next win. And so on.

The multiplier is unlimited, and there is no maximum number. The multiplier resets when we enter Free Spins.

4.2. Expanding Wilds

When a Wild feature appears on a Free Spins reel, the Wild feature will expand across the entire reel. This Expanding Wild will be awarded a multiplier that depends on the number of figures that were on the reel before the Wild expanded. I.e., if the reel was showing 5 figures, the Expanding Wild will have a multiplier of x5. Wild Expansive can only appear on the second, third, fourth and fifth reel.

When the Expanding Wild matched with other figures and give a prize, the Wild will explode and disappear, revealing new symbols on the reel. If it does not match with any other figure, the Expanding Wild will remain until it forms a win or the next game starts. The multiplier can be x2, x3, x4, x5 or x6.

4.3. Multiplier in Free Spins with Expanding Wilds

If we get a prize that is multiplied with an Expanding Wild and at the same time with the general Multiplier, the multipliers are added to each other, and the result multiplies the prize. The same thing happens when different Expanding Wilds are combined. For example, if we have a prize that combines with a General Multiplier of x6, an Expanding Wild x3, and another Expanding Wild x4, the prize is multiplied x13 (6+3+4).

When all the Free Spins have finished, a summary of the winnings in these free games is displayed.

4.5. Maximum Prize

The maximum posible prize is 5000 * bet. If the total prize accumulates in a Free Spins round reaches this figura, the round will end inmediately and the prize of 5000 * bet is awarded. The rest of the Free Spins are discarded.
