Unfinished games

If your game round is interrupted, placed bets and all game information will be saved until you reopen the game. You can resume your incomplete round from the point of interruption. Unresolved and still undecided bets on incomplete games will be voided after 2 days. Malfunctions will void all payouts and games.

Information

Winning clusters are awarded for landing adjacent symbol combinations, as per the paytable information and game rules. Winning multiple clusters in a single game round will pool all wins. All wins from features (such as Free Spins), Bonus Rounds and/or Specials (if applicable) are also added to the winning clusters. All winning combinations are paid at the end of a game round. Free Spins features are played at the same bet as the game round that triggered the feature, unless otherwise stated. The bet cannot be changed during an ongoing game round. See game rules for more information. Winning combinations only pay when symbols are connected vertically or horizontally without any gaps. Winning combinations can start from any point on the grid. Only the highest win is paid for each winning symbol combination.

Rules of the game

Golden Ticket is a video slot that is played on a 5x5 grid. Symbols fall down the grid to form winning combinations. You will get wins by landing 3 or more symbols in a row, either horizontally or vertically. All rows and columns are active and symbols can form multiple winning combinations.

Golden Ticket includes a wild symbol (the golden ticket). The wild substitutes for any other symbol to help form winning combinations. Winning combinations will be removed after collecting the wins and the remaining symbols will fall down to try to form new winning combinations. The wild appears on the central symbol when a winning combination of 3 symbols is removed from the grid. Each new drop will increase a win multiplier. If all symbols are removed from the grid, a special prize will be awarded for clearing the entire grid.

Golden Ticket includes a ‘Bonus’ round. The ‘Bonus’ round is a set of free game rounds and is triggered when all symbols are cleared from a ‘BONUS’ column. A multiplier will be set based on the number of ‘BONUS’ columns that have been cleared. Wins are achieved by landing 5 or more matching symbols anywhere on the grid. All wins from the ‘Bonus’ round will be multiplied by the multiplier.

A different set of symbols is used in the Bonus round and the Wild does not appear. Landing 5 or more Bonus symbols (the Bonus Star) in the Bonus round will award additional Bonus rounds, up to a maximum of 20 consecutive rounds. For each Bonus Star symbol in the winning combination, an additional Bonus round will be awarded.

The average player return percentage is: 96.69%. RTP is achieved through participation.

Bets are selected using the bet buttons at the bottom of the game. Press the 'plus' and 'minus' buttons to change the bet level. To start the round, press 'START'. When symbols land, they will determine your prize according to the paytable.

Actions

  • Modify Bet - Press any of the five bet buttons to select a bet or use the 'plus' or 'minus' buttons to increase or decrease the bet by one level.
  • Payout Table - Sample payout table.
  • Auto Play - Click the AUTO PLAY button to activate/deactivate the Auto Play feature. In Auto Play mode a series of consecutive game rounds will automatically start using your current bet. Auto Play mode is automatically deactivated based on your settings or in case your balance is too low.
  • Start / Space Bar - Starts the game round with the currently selected bet. Click 'spin' to begin.
  • Automatically adjust bet - If the balance is too low to start a spin at the current bet level, the total bet is automatically reduced when starting a new spin. The reduced total bet selected will be the highest possible bet and will be lower than the bet size selected when the automatic spins were started. The bet is only reduced when the bet is increased.
