  • The objective of Legacy of the Wild™ is to obtain winning symbol combinations by spinning the reels.

To play the game:

  • The entry screen displays the game’s features.
  • Press the START button to start the game.
  • You can also tick DON’T SHOW NEXT TIME to skip the entry screen the next time you play.
  • This game is played with a fixed number of 40 active paylines.
  • Press - or + below LINE BET to choose the line bet.
  • Total bet per game round = line bet × 40 (the fixed number of active paylines).
  • Press the SPIN button to spin the reels with the current bet.
  • In the case of a winning spin, the WIN field displays the accumulating winnings.

Autoplay:

  • The reels are spun automatically in autoplay.
  • To display the list of options, put a cursor over the AUTOPLAY button, and then select the number of spins to be played automatically.
  • During autoplay, the number of remaining spins is displayed.
  • Autoplay ends when:
    • The reels have spun the number of times specified.
    • You do not have sufficient funds for the next spin.
    • A feature has been triggered.
  • You can end autoplay by pressing the AUTOPLAY button.

Paytable:

  • To open the paytable, press the INFO button.
  • To navigate the paytable, scroll up or down, or swipe the screen.
  • To close the reference pages and return to the game, press the back-arrow button.

About Payouts:

  • Wins are calculated according to the paytable.
  • Paylines are represented by lines that appear over the reels as illustrated in the paytable.
  • Line win = line bet × corresponding multiplier according to the paytable.
  • If more than 1 active payline has a winning combination, the winnings are added up. If 2 winning combinations occur on the same line, the value of the higher winning combination is paid.
  • Winning combinations start from the leftmost reel, and the symbols have to be consecutive along a payline.
  • The accumulating winnings and all payline wins are shown for each winning spin. In the case of large wins, a Win pop-up opens displaying the total spin revenue.

Maximum win limit:

  • The maximum win in the game has an upper limit. For more information, see the Terms and Conditions.

Wild Symbol:

  • The book symbol with the words 'Book of Wilds' is the WILD symbol in the game.
  • The WILD symbol can stand for any other symbol to make the best possible winning combination on a winning payline.
  • There are separate payouts for combinations of 2, 3, 4, and 5 WILD symbols.
  • The WILD symbol also participates in the Book of Wilds feature.

Collapsing Reels:

  • In Legacy of the Wild™ a single spin can bring multiple wins.
  • When the reels spin a new Wave of symbols lands on the reels.
  • All the symbols that participate in winning combinations following a spin will explode after the wins have been calculated. The symbols above the exploded symbols will then drop down and form new symbol combinations.
  • This is referred to as a collapse, and it creates a new Wave of symbols.
  • A Wave may potentially create new winning combinations, causing another collapse that leads to another Wave.
  • The reels will keep collapsing in this fashion for as long as new winning combinations are formed.
  • The Collapsing Reels feature is active both during the main game and the Free Games feature.

Wave-o-meter:

  • The Wave-o-meter is a column of 10 crystal balls to the left of the reels.
  • The first winning Wave from a spin causes the lowest crystal ball to light up. Each consecutive winning Wave causes the currently illuminated crystal ball to dim and the crystal ball above it to light up.
  • From the 11th consecutive winning Wave onwards the highest crystal ball remains lit and no other crystal balls light up.
  • The number of consecutive Waves determines the number of free games that are awarded:
    • 5 consecutive waves award 8 free games;
    • 6 consecutive waves award 10 free games;
    • 7 consecutive waves award 15 free games;
    • 8 consecutive waves award 20 free games;
    • 9 consecutive waves award 30 free games;
    • 10 or more consecutive waves award 50 free games.
  • The Wave-o-meter resets to zero at the beginning of each new spin.

Book of Wilds Feature:

  • During any main game spin, from Wave 2 onwards, WILD symbols can spread to 1 or more positions adjacent to where they land. The behavior for spreading WILD symbols in the main game is described below.
  • On Wave 1 any WILD symbols on the reels do not spread to other positions.
  • On Wave 2 any WILD symbols on the reels spread to the adjacent left symbol position (where possible).
  • On Wave 3 any WILD symbols on the reels spread to the adjacent positions to the left and below (where possible).
  • On Wave 4 any WILD symbols on the reels spread to the adjacent positions to the left, below and above (where possible).
  • On Wave 5 any WILD symbols on the reels spread to all 4 adjacent positions (left, down, above and right) where possible.
  • On every Wave during Free Games any WILD symbols on the reels spread to all 4 adjacent positions (left, down, above and right) where possible.
  • All WILD symbols explode when participating in winning combinations, just like all other symbols.
  • A WILD symbol cannot spread if it was created from another WILD symbol spreading.

Free Games:

  • 5 or more consecutive winning Waves trigger the Free Games feature.
  • To start the feature, press CLICK TO START and then the CONTINUE buttons.
  • During the Free Games feature the reels are spun automatically using the same bet per line as on the spin that triggered the feature.
  • In Free Games only the total win for each spin is shown in the WIN field while the accumulating win for all Free Games is shown in the FREE GAMES WIN field.
  • The FREE GAMES LEFT field shows the number of remaining free games.
  • On every Wave during Free Games any WILD symbols on the reels spread to all 4 adjacent positions (left, down, above and right) where possible.
  • The Free Games feature cannot be retriggered.
  • At the end of the feature, a pop-up window displays the total win from the feature.
  • Press CONTINUE on the win summary to return to the main game.

Return to Player:

  • The theoretical percentage return to player (RTP) is 96.10%.
  • The RTP value is the theoretical return to player, calculated by dividing the total winnings by total amount bet from 3000000000 simulated game rounds.

Note on disconnections:

  • If you are disconnected from the internet during:
    • A spin, the reels will display the result after you reconnect and any winnings will be added to your balance.
    • A bonus feature or the triggering spin, you will be automatically directed to the feature after you reconnect.
    • Autoplay, the spin will be automatically completed, but further spins will not automatically commence.
  • To see the outcome of your previous round after you log back into the portal, press the game history icon on the bottom toolbar.
