I cannot increase my maximum deposit limit. Why?
The increase of deposit limits is subject to compliance with requirements of the Spanish regulatory authority. An increase may be denied for different reasons:
- The account might not yet be ID verified. Initiating the ID verification process can, in some cases, enable limit increase.
- Existence of a self-imposed limit. We do not recommend our customers remove the self-imposed limit and believe that a limit increase might be in conflict with an earlier request to limit gaming expenses.
- A previous increase has been granted and due to regulatory provisions, there has to be a waiting period of 3 months.
- Internal decision by the company based on its decision power and the given legislation.
