How do I verify my identity?

You must complete the following steps:

1. We’ll require you to confirm your identity by uploading a photocopy, or taking a picture, of an identification document, this would typically be your DNI for Spanish nationals or NIE for non-Spanish nationals, we can accept any form of valid foreign ID plus a document from the Spanish authorities showing their NIE number (registration form, foreigner card etc.) including your full name, date of birth, place of birth, and photograph. You can send us the documents via:

• Our online uploader tool
• Android and iOS apps
• Email – documents@bwin.es

2. You will have a 30-day grace period whilst we wait for your documents, where you can deposit up to €150, however, you will not be able to withdraw your winnings. As part of the verification process, we require details of your occupation. Your deposits and withdrawals may be restricted until you've completed your occupation details.

3. We will need to verify your documents, which may take up 24 hours.

4. Once your ID is verified, you’ll have full access to your account. If no ID is sent, your account will be closed.
