To withdraw funds successfully, you will need to use a payment method that was already used to deposit. Available payment methods for withdrawal will be showing on the wallet page.

The timeframes listed are additional to our own internal processing times, which is a maximum of 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Furthermore, where withdrawal checks require escalation for review, this will extend processing times.
