Bonus Terms and Conditions

1. Bonus Type: Withdrawal restricted. The bonus amount will be available for play but cannot be withdrawn until the requirements (as defined below) are met.
2. The bonus amount and any winnings will appear as restricted funds in the bonus section of the bwin account and in the bwin casino until the requirements are fulfilled. If you withdraw your deposit from your account, the bonus and any bonus winnings will be canceled.
3. Once the bonus is received, you will have 7 days to meet the wagering requirements. If the requirements are not met, the bonus amount and any winnings will be deducted from the player's account.
4. To be able to withdraw the bonus and any winnings, players must wager the bonus amount a certain number of times (as indicated in the bonus).
5. Order of Funds: When placing a bet, the funds in the Authorized User’s Account will be deducted in the following order:
1. First, real money funds (i.e., cash) in the Authorized User’s Account until those funds are exhausted.
2. Then, bonus funds in the Authorized User’s Account.

5. We reserve the right to confiscate any winnings in the event of abusive or irregular play. Irregularities or abuses include, without limitation, any of the following types of play:
1. Switching from a low-weight game (25% or less) to a high-weight game (70% or more) after winning a large payout in order to meet wagering requirements.
2. Example: The user places at least one bet on a game that contributes 20% or less to the wagering requirement, wins a prize worth 100% or more of the bet, and then transfers the original bet and winnings to a game that contributes 100% in order to meet the requirements.
3. When playing with a deposit bonus, if a user places a single bet or round that exceeds 10% of the deposited amount on any table game, card game, or other game (excluding video poker or slots), the bonus and winnings may be voided.
4. Low-risk roulette bets. Any combination of outside bets on roulette games that covers 25 or more (67%) of the 37 unique numbers on the table. For example, betting on both red and black covers 36 of 37 possible outcomes.

General Terms:

1. We reserve the right to restrict certain types of bets from counting toward wagering requirements, as well as to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings if we suspect irregular or abusive behavior by a user. Irregularities or abuse include, without limitation, any of the following types of play:
1. Reducing the bet amount by 60% or more after a large win in order to meet wagering requirements while a bonus is still active. Example: Winning €100 on any spin and then reducing the stake to €50 or less.
2. Switching from a low-weight game (25% or less) to a high-weight game (70% or more) after a big win to fulfill wagering requirements. Example: The user bets on a 20%-weighted game, wins over 100% of the stake, and then transfers those funds to a 100%-weighted game.
3. Low-risk bets on roulette: ANY combination of outside bets that cover 25 or more (67%) of the 37 possible outcomes. For example, betting on red and black simultaneously covers 36 numbers.
4. If we suspect a winner of fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to suspend or exclude them from the promotion and/or suspend the user's account and/or pause the promotion until our investigation is complete.
5. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or terminate the promotion in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions for Promotions.
