My account was blocked because I did not verify my account within 30 days of opening it – what can I do?

A blocked account means that you cannot log in and, for legal reasons, your account cannot be re-opened. You will be able to withdraw your remaining balance by providing your ID copy to our Customer Service team (support.en@bwin.es). Please indicate your wish to withdraw your balance in your mail.

To continue playing, please register a new account (different user ID) and be sure to submit your DNI or NIE number so that we can verify your account in line with regulation requirements. If you are having problems verifying your account with your personal DNI or NIE, please send a copy of your ID (DNI/ID card, passport, driving license) to support.en@bwin.es.
